JD-1 Jam Detection System

The HAECO JD-1 is a two channel speed tracking jam detector. It allows the user to enter a maximum length for each channel that alerts the operator and signals the parent machine if there is a feed problem. The JD-1 will detect overlap of product, slippage of product, leftovers on die cuts, or any other problems that result in the sensor seeing the product for longer than the programmed length. This can be done at varying line speeds up to 3,000 fpm.
